In order to verify your identity as an FSU member, the information requested below is checked against our records. So if any of the data has changed recently, you should register using your previous details and then update your personal profile when you have entered the My FSU area.

Either FSU member number OR your Employee Number

Surname:

Members whose surname begins with Mc or Mac may need to insert a space before the rest of the name, e.g., Mac Cartney.

Date of Birth:

Email Address:

You can use *either* your work e-mail address *or* your personal e-mail address - as long as you have previously provided it to the FSU Membership Department.

Choose your password:

Minimum 6 characters, maximum 16 characters
