Your Say on Work in Finance: The Results

Earlier this year, members took part in the FSU Finance Workers Survey. Thank you to everyone for participating. By doing so, you helped to paint an honest picture of work and life in the finance and technology sectors.

Our report highlights the positive difference union membership and collective bargaining make in workplaces. It compares key areas such as pay and how it is set, pressure of work on individuals and pensions.

We also looked at life outside the workplace, including housing costs, travel time and work-life balance. This information gives us an important insight into factors that impact our members’ lives in the workplace and beyond, and will help us to plan our work in 2020.
