Outcome of Ballot on TUPE proposals - WIPRO

I wish to confirm to all members that the ballot on the TUPE proposals closed today at 12.00pm. I have been informed by our independent ballot providers that the proposals as outlined have been accepted by a majority of members who participated in the ballot.

I have today written to both employers confirming the outcome and confirming that the proposed TUPE from Wipro to Infosys can now proceed as planned.

I would like to thank all members for their participation on the process and for their support of the measures set out.
