Outcome of Ballot on Pay for 2025 - All Level 4 and Level 5 AIB Northern Ireland - AIB 29/24

We wish to confirm to members that following our ballot on the pay proposals for 2025, that the proposals have been accepted by the majority of members that participated in the ballot.

This was a historic ballot as it is the first one to take place following concession of collective bargaining for you, our members in AIB NI. For the first time in a long time members at this level have had an influence on pay proposals, and we thank you for your participation in our ballot.

We have written to the employer today to confirm the results and look forward to members receiving their salary increases in July of 2025.

We have also asked that the employer would clarify when in quarter 1 they will make the £1,350 voucher payments.

We would like to thank all members for your continued support of the Union, and we look forward to your continued support in 2025.
