You will be aware that for the last number of weeks your Union has been in negotiations with your employer on Ulster Bank Pay Review 2025. To date, no agreement has been reached. The Bank’s most recent offer was deemed unacceptable by your FSU Ulster Bank negotiating team. Therefore, we are presently still in talks with the Bank and have not yet received a full and final offer from NatWest on Ulster Bank Pay Review for 2025. Some members have drawn our attention to the fact that yesterday NatWest posted details of a pay proposal for Britain on their portal. This is not the negotiations that FSU are involved in. Northern Ireland negotiations are separate.

Currently we do not believe that any offer has met expectations from our membership based on the member feedback received prior to commencing pay negotiations. Furthermore, their offer, to date, does not reflect the performance and profitability of the Group.

We will keep members updated as negotiations continue.
